Program Details

Our 4-week course offers a focused and hands-on introduction to phlebotomy, combining classroom instruction with practical training in blood collection techniques. Students develop essential skills in venipuncture, specimen handling, safety protocols, and patient interaction—preparing them to work confidently in clinical and laboratory settings. The total tuition for the course is $2,750.

Payment Options

Please note: To reserve your seat, a non-refundable deposit of $200 is required. This deposit will be applied toward your total tuition balance. The remaining tuition balance is due by the last day of class. 

• Option 1 - Self Pay:

Students paying out of pocket and not receiving assistance from any external funding sources, your tuition is reduced to $800. The remaining $1,950 is generously covered by Soaring CNA sponsors.

Completion & Certification

Upon successful completion of the program, you will qualify to take the National Phlebotomy certification exam. Soaring CNA Training Center is also a testing site for this program, so eligible graduates can complete both training and testing with us.

We are thrilled to welcome you to Soaring CNA Training Center as you embark on your exciting journey in the health field. Classes will be held Monday/Wednesday/Friday from 9am-2pm. Consistent attendance and active participation are essential for success in this course.  We are located at 2370 Linden Rd. Flint MI 48532.

Upon your first day of class comprehensive orientation paperwork including the application background screening and course requirements will be provided. Your instructor will be available to assist you in completing all necessary documentation accurately.

A negative TB test is required, and you can obtain it at your local health department primary position or here at Soaring CNA Training Center for $20. This is needed by Thursday of Week 2. You can purchase both options on our store site here: https://soaring-cna-training-center.transitionenroll.com/store.

 During this class, it is mandatory to wear scrubs of any color and bring a light jacket or sweatshirt particularly in the colder months. We do offer scrubs all colors here at Soaring for $26/set. You can view all colors online at www.soaringessentials.com . Please arrive prepared daily with paper, pen, and a highlighter. You are welcome to bring your lunch or explore the nearby restaurants located about half a mile down the street. 

Additionally, we offer a BLS (Basic Life Support) class through American Heart Association at an extra cost of $50. While not mandatory if you are interested in signing up, please send us an e-mail and we will add you to the BLS class. For those already registered for BLS we will discuss the schedule on the second day of class. I am eagerly looking forward to having you join us in this enriching learning experience, and we'll see you on your scheduled start date!
